Introduction:- Vajikarana or Vrishya chikitsa is a one of eight major specialty of the Ashtanga Ayurveda. This subject is concerned with aphrodisiacs, virility and improving health of progeny. As per Charak Samhita, by proper use of these formulations, one becomes endowed with good physique, potency, strength, and complexion and sexually exhilarated and sexually potent. This in turn is helpful in many common sexual dysfunctions, including Infertility, Premature Ejaculation and Erectile dysfunction.

Ayurveda is the science of life, prevention and longevity, is the oldest organized Indian medical system. Ayurveda is said to use the inherent principles of nature to help maintain health in a person by keeping the individual's body, mind, and spirit in perfect equilibrium with nature. So there are some specific meat formulations explained by Acharyas which are helpful for andrological disorders.

Four Vrushya Rasa:- Chickens formulation 

1.Goraiya bird (Old world sparrow) Meat - should be prepare in 'Tittar' (Grey francolin) Mamsarasa boiled water of Grey francolin bird meat by frying in ghee with Anardana, paste and juice of indian jujube(Ber) and dry pomegranate seeds and honey or sugar. 

2. Tittar' (Grey francolin) meat -to be prepared in Chickens meat boiled water and same medicines to be added as said above.

3.Chicken meat in Peacock's meat boiled water.

4.Peacock's meat in Hamsa (Swan) bird meat boiled water and same medicine to be added.

Benefits:- Increases Virility, Strengths ,Immunity.

Indications:- Andrological disorders , Male infertility ,PME,ED.

Other Ayurveda formulations

Vrushya Andrasa : Egg Formulations.

Eggs of Fish, Swan, Peacock, Chicken fry in ghee by adding Black paper dry ginger and cinnamon, cardamon,Saindhav lavan.

Vrushya Ksheer(Milk):- The decoction prepare by adding Dates ,Black gram, Kshirakakoli (Lilium pollyphylum), Sthavari(Asparagus racemosus),Mahua flowers,Munnaka(black grape raisins) and Kappipachu Beej(Mucuna pruriens) seeds and sugar- get boiled in milk and to be taken with rice.
