1.Ate freshly cooked meal,
2.Ate only after the previous meal had bean completely digested
3.didn't talk while chewing .
4.Have food in a quiet atmosphere.
5.Have six rasa pradhana ahara.
6.according to Ayurveda a person is supposed to eat only two times in day.( dwi Kaalam annam)
7.the food that we are having will convert to Saptha dhatu ,they are rasa,raktha,mamsa,medas,asthi,majja then to sukra
8.Do not mix cooked and uncooked food.
9. Do not drink water half an hour before and after meals
10. Include millets to your meals
11. Follow mono fruit diet .
12. Finish your dinner before sunset.
