1.  Eat small frequent meals. Avoid longer gaps between 2 meals.
  2. Stay well hydrated. 
  3. Include foods like watermelon, low-fat yogurt, coconut water, buttermilk, green vegetables, etc.
  4. Exercise daily.
  5. Never lay down post meal immediately.  
  6. Keep 2.5-3 hours gap between last meal and sleep. 
  7. Avoid taking stress.
  8. Avoid eating spicy, fried or oily food, citrus fruits, processed and sugary foods. 
  9. Avoid excess caffeine intake.
  10. Say no to alcohol & smoking.
