5 Step Guide for healthy teeth

1. Use soft brush in a circular motion using mild pressure.

2. Brush should be used to clean both tooth and gums.

3. Proper brushing should be done on the outside, backside and chewing surfaces of teeth as well.

4. Rinse with water thoroughly doing front and sidewise with the help of cheek muscle forces.

5. Gently massage your gums.
