Most of us go out of our way to avoid stairs, but using them as part of our exercise routine is a great way to lose weight.It can easily be mixed with other exercises, like walking, skipping and weight training, to maximize results and stair climbing workouts are easy to build progression into.

DANCE THOSE POUNDS AWAY
Dancing is one of the most fun exercises you can do to shed weight. It not only helps you lose weight , but also elevates mood and gives an extremely relaxed after-feeling. You can put on the music of your choice, and start the session.
Ø You should start with a 5 minute warm-up and end with a 5 minute cool-down and continue for 30 minutes, 4-5 times a week.
Ø To lose weight by dancing, you should strive for at least 20 minutes of time with an accelerated heart-rate at least 4-5 days a week which can help you burn 150 kcal.
