Do some exercises first one is Quadriceps isometric  5 repetitions with 10 sec hold and second one is  Hamstring isometric.. 5 repetitions with 10 sec hold  third one is vmo muscles strengthening...10 repetitions with 10 sec hold Do some walk daily for 5-10 min ....Do some leg curls in prone position 20 repetitions ..do some leg raises in prone and side and front..At last do calf and hamstring stretch 2-3 stretch position... 5 repetitions with 10 sec hold
