Initially it was a good discussion with the doctor *** ***** ********** *** *** ********* ** ***** ****** *** *** **** ****** Recommended Medicine was not clearly/ specifically written.

Also the recommended medicine was not available in the shop of clinic.

Due to all this we tried to contact back the doctor but it was such a terrible experience. It took us two days to reach out the doctor. It seems she is not available for post consultation discussion.

See, if medicine name is not clear then how we can buy this and if medicine are not being bought then what is the meaning of doctor consultation.

Dr Sahil is a very professional doctor who caters to the patient's need and gives the **** treatment.I consulted him for my husband's tonsil issue, he was suffering from it from a long time but after getting treated by doctor.. he is now fine...all thanks to the doctor for proper guidance, treatment and giving so much time to us...not all doctors' are available for patients'. His approach is very professional and he is very friendly and approachable... Highly recommend him to everyone having any sort of ENT issue

Had contacted Dr Sahil Kapoor for treatment of my mother when she developed Covid like symptoms. He guided as very well from very beginning and always tried to understand the symptoms in details and helped us to navigate through the whole period very smoothly. He gradually changed medication whenever required and never went for over medication. Post recovery also he kept on guiding us. He is a doctor with great understanding and communication skills and never let's his patient to panic.

I have gone through the knee replacement for my mother and our overall experience has been really great.Apart from being skill full and knowing his job very well, his attitude and personal connect with patient is excellent.

I had the pathetic experience with kk clinic and with there staff **** ***** **** ********* ** **** ** *** ******* I consulted with doctor on call by paying charge firstly she has not provided completed pictures of prescription where doctor name is visible ( which is mandatory thing chemist don’t provide medicine with that) after following up for 1 and half day i get the complete prescription picture and when I eventually tried to place order for meds i got to know that even medicine name is not completely mentions all this took 2 days . Doctor say they consultation fee is valid for 3 day now tell me because of there negligence i was not able to place order for meds for 2 days how will i know if i am not able to consume medicine and get back to her weather meds r working or not. ** ******** ****** * ***** * * *** ***** ******* * **** ******* ***** ** *** ************** *****

Doctor is having good knowledge of issue and treated issue very good manner.

I will recommend doctor as ENT specialist.

The timing is a big problem for the doctor. If you are promised a particular time, be ready for delays. I was told the doctor will come at 11 am while my booking was for 10 am.

Dr. Sahil helped me treat throat pain which I was having for more than a year.. he understands the problem very well and gives minimal medication ***** ** ******** ********** **** **** *** ***********
