* ******* ** ** *** ** *** **** ************** ****** * **** **** ****. My wife got grommet inserted in her ear by Saravjeet’s friend in Jamshedpur. His friend Dr Pradhan referred us to Saravjeet in Gurgaon. For the first day when I visited, he was very rude and not trying to explain the issue.
Second day he gave an appointment, when I reached the clinic receptionist said he is late for an hour. Highly unprofessional attitude.
Third day, when I visited I was 15 mins late due to traffic jam, doctor said I cant see the patient because he is late.
Is this how you treat a patient?

Bad Experience.
The time mentioned was 06.30 pm but the doctor was not in the clinic even till 07:20. My appointment was for 07:00 pm and there were no patient available for him.. This much wait time is not accepted.
We went there for my Dad ear treatment as he is not able to hear properly so at the reception area, receptionist was continuously busy on her mobile phone and not even listening us to call on doctor number to check his status that whether he will arriving on time or not.
Staff members are very rude and they just want higher amount from the customers for hearing aid kits. When we leaving from clinic, all 3 staff members Lady+2 Man were laughing to us.
Please think before visiting this clinic.

About Doctor: I went for general ENT check up and cerumen removal. The doctor said one ear is clear and did wax removal for the other ear. Then I had to explain him that I am here for overall Ear nose Throat check up. He then checked the throat only leaving the Nose part. Overall it was all over within 3 minutes flat.
Overall experience: Although the timings are from 11 AM the doctor arriives at 11.35-40 AM. Overall not valuefor mone
