I consulted Dr. Vandana for GERD, commonly referred to as acid reflux as I was under daily medication which were leading to other challenges.

She prescribed me a diet which was very balanced and made me feel light and nice. Within a span of 3-4 months I reduced frequency of my medicine from every morning to twice a week and now I hardly ever need it.

In addition to being a great dietician, she's also a very positive person, always encouraging.

Fitness4all is a very good centre for physiotherapy and I am fully satisfied from their therapy. I had severe pain in my sholder and I could not move my hand properly. Doctor suggested me to join physiotherapy centre so I searched on practo and came to know about fitness4all. I met Vandnaji and she suggested some therapy and exercise for one month to me. I did them . Within one month my shoulder is ok. Now I can move my hand in any direction and I feel very happy. Fitness 4 all is a good centre for therapy . It has a very supporting and hard working staff . I am very much satisfied to my therapy.

Dr. Vandana is an amazing doctor. Under her guidance boost around 12 kg in 60 days and trust me my weight is not so easy to break as I tried multiple workouts, aerobics, gym HIIT etc. but I didn’t went down more than 5kg.

After consulting with Dr.Vandana she has helped me make me feel healthy and designed a diet in such a way that I was able to fuflill all my food cravings also.

I really like the way she listen out concerns and her support in my worthy loss journey.

I will recommend her for everyone who all are feeling that weight can’t be controlled or lost while fulfilling your food cravings.
