3 Senses ENT Clinic, South City-II

I never got to see the doctor. When reached there to show the report, I was told that waiting was 40-45 mins. And on asking if it can be done little early as it’s just a report and there was no place to sit was rudely told by the receptionist that things won’t work as per my will..had to leave and come back. Covid is still there..clinics need to maintain some social distancing. They can’t just keep booking an appointment and make people wait for close to an hour in confined spaces. Doctor is good though it’s just the process which needs to be looked into

Dr. Shashidhar is very polite & intellect person. He listens to your issues patiently. He took all my medical history before writing any investigations. Advised few creams to apply for ear soarness n dryness along with the medication which helped, avoided ear drops as my eardrum got small hole. I'm suffering from TMD issue since last 3 years & I lost all hope that it can be cured. He motivated me to start a fresh & gave reference of good maxilo doc to meet.

We were extremely content with the initial diagnosis and treatment plan by the Doc. But had to abandon continued consultation with him at the Arcadia Clinic, due to extremely random and ineffective appointment system by the front desk. Staff were rude and waiting time was inordinately long! Waiting patents were packed in the small confined reception area with the receptionist having no clue on the expected wait time!

Now, we hope to contact the doc at Artemis.

Dr Shashidhar *** ********* ********* *** explains the situation in detail. I have visited him thrice in few months and am extremely satisfied and impressed with him and they way he dealt with my problem.
