Visited Dr. Sharmila C Solanki (Obstetrician)
We met Dr. Sharmila Chhabra Solanki in Manipal Hospital, Palam Vihar, Gurgaon with an issue of irregular periods & my wife was unable to conceive for a long time. She was very quick in diagnosing the issue which other doctors were unable to do and with only a few tests she confirmed that my wife had some issues with the uterus walls for which she suggested Hysteroscopy. It’s a safe procedure. We met Dr. Sharmila in Dec 21 for the first time and the Hysteroscopy was done in Jan 22. Just after 2 months, by the Grace of God and the efforts made by Dr. Sharmila my wife was able to conceive the child in Mar 22. She informed us in the beginning that it would be a high risk pregnancy because the hysteroscopy was done recently and the uterus walls were still healing and clearly explained us about all the possibilities and precautions to make sure that my wife can carry the child to full term. The whole time she was very supportive and helped us with any query we had regarding the pregnancy. We were already prepared for a Pre-Term baby but Dr. Sharmila was trying her hard to get it to Full Term. My wife finally had to go through an emergency C-Section in her 8th month because of heavy bleeding due to low lying placenta completely covering the opening of the utrerus and Dr. Sharmila made sure that both mother and child were completely safe without any Post-Op complications. It felt like Dr. Sharmila came like an angel in our life to give us this gift and now we have a cute little baby boy in our hands. We can never thank enough Dr. Sharmila for everything she did for us. Her knowledge, experience & her talent is really great.
I’ve already recommended her name in all my contacts and would like to say that we haven’t found any Gyne comparative to her till date.
Thank you very much Dr. Sharmila Chhabra Solanki. It was a wonderful journey of 11 Months.

I was hospitalized in emergency for 2days in Manipal hospital due to heavy lower back pain. Hospital staff said Mr Arun is my doctor they written his name on my all reports and documents. But it surprised me that in my 2 days hospitalization i didn't even see him from single eye.
Mr Arun wasn't leased bother that if a patient is under his treatment atleast meet her once advise her what her MRI and other reports are saying.only Nurses gave me painkiller vaccination. after following at reception many times by my husband that what is in my reports then Thanks to another doctor Mr Ankush he came to my bed for hardly 2mins and he told about problem.but atleast he came.
There was no follow up by Mr Arun. hospital guys made bill of tharepy did twice in day but actually they did once in a day.
Then asked for discharge.
At the time of discharged around 1900hrs.one nurse came to me with other documents like my discharge summary and other.I asked her that, may I meet Mr Arun because I was having many queries about precautions, any excercise tharepy needed. She told me contact no of doctor Arun coordinator is written on your discharge summary you call on this no.
I called on that no a lady pick up, I raise my concern.a wonderful answer got from her,she replied that we thought that you have taken discharge around 1200hrs.see the limit of casualty they don't even know weather their patients are in hospital or not.
Might be Mr Arun is very doctor but personally I don't feel that he have any concern about his patients and i am sure hospital staff can not use his name on reports without his permission.
Mr Arun,

Request you atleast you face your patient once and take follow also.

Hoped for better:Â Wait time
After days of trying to get an appointment with Ms. Shweta Sharma, I finally managed to get evening time slot. Owing to my defense background, I reached the hospital 15 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment time. To my surprise, the doctor made me wait for more than an hour. I started noticing the hospital staff leaving for the day and it was then when i got slightly impatient and restless. There was no executive assistant at the hospital who could inform or update me regarding the delay. In my opinion this was a show of unprofessional behavior on the part of Ms. Shweta Sharma towards her (potential) patient. It is unfair to make patients wait for hours when their appointment page clearly mentions "max waiting time of 30 minutes". Poorly trained staff, overscheduling, slow check-ins are some factors which contribute towards increased wait times, specially at the Manipal Hospital. Ms. Shweta Sharma refused to attend to me after i confronted her about the long waiting period. Overall, a very poor experience.
Visited Dr. Hansa Shahi (Gastroenterologist) For Abdominal Pain Treatment
Happy with:Â Explanation of the health issueTreatment satisfaction
Since Feb’2020 my Dad (68 years) had been Suffering from severe stomach ache. He had consulted a General Physician, and went through 3 rounds of antibiotics but had no relief. To top it all the locked down made it worse . Suddenly Dad remembered Dr. Hansa Shahi, whom he had consulted for my mother in 2017. We were not sure if she would remember or even respond. However she not only responded, but also handholded Dad through the process. She advised a quick CT Scan and identified the source of pain. She was prompt in guiding us about each detail about how to go ahead with the process & whom to contact at each stage. This lead to early diagnosis of problem, which required a major surgery. She could have left us after handing over Dad to a Surgeon. However, to our surprise, she was following the reports and Dad’s surgery. After successful surgery Dad came back home. She is was till available and approachable for us . During this phase she gave us huge amount of confidence and comfort. Now we don’t hesitate in consulting her on any doubt & at the same time get prompt reply.
Thanks a Ton Dr. Hansa Shahi...Always GreatFull to U.
