I hope this message finds you well. I’m writing to provide feedback on some concerns I’ve experienced regarding your appointment system, the behavior of your staff, and your own timeliness, which I believe are critical for improving the patient experience.

It has become a common experience, not just for me but for other patients as well, that despite having scheduled appointments, there are frequent delays, often resulting in wait times of 2 to 3 hours. More troubling is the perception that this delay is not just due to the staff, but also to your own tardiness in starting or attending to appointments. Patients are often left wondering why they are kept waiting for so long, even though they have made the effort to book appointments in advance. This not only causes frustration but also raises concerns about whether the delays are deliberate or reflective of a lack of respect for the patients' time.

It is essential, Dr. Arvind, that as a professional, you maintain punctuality and ensure that your patients are treated with the respect and attention they deserve. It feels unfair when we, as patients, are expected to wait excessive amounts of time due to mismanagement of appointments or any personal delays on your part.

In my humble opinion, you have an opportunity to address this issue by ensuring that your appointments are managed better, that you personally arrive on time, and that your staff is more communicative and responsible in handling patient concerns. Such changes will not only improve patient satisfaction but also uphold the professionalism and ethics expected from a respected doctor like yourself.

I hope you take this feedback as a constructive suggestion and make the necessary improvements to enhance the overall experience for your patients.

We went there for the removal of stunt which was earlier planted in gall bladder. The doctor gave us the timing for 10am-10.30am on Monday, however despite continuous follow up with the receptionist they made us keep waiting. We explained the situation of the patient as being diabetic and is empty stomach, they did not give us a satisfactory answer with regards to the arrival of the doctor. The doctor reached the clinic (ncr’s gastro) at 1.15pm.

The patient was taken to the doctor’s room just before the doctor arrived, they put cannula on her hand and gave ***** anaesthesia without taking the husband’s permission.

We were initially told the treatment will cost 5500 rupees but while we discussed the case with the doctor, he started asking for expensive tests which were not asked earlier.

The doctor was unable to give satisfactory answers.

He might be good at his work but seems too expensive and lacks time management. Though we left the clinic without getting proper treatment.

I am feeling scripturient after having treatment done form NCRs Gastro clinic. If your are seeing your near one's happy and cured, that happiness would cost your lips too, and so was mine. I went there for my tauji's treatment thats going on under Dr's supervision. He is suffering from liver disease and is in better condition now. The condition when we prescribed the doctor and now is really ameliorating. With my experience, I highly recommend this doctor to other mates out there. If you have any gastrointestinal problems, do take appointment, go for the prescription. Best part of the treatment which I found is that, you are knowing that whats going on in your body, what are the treating strategies and iron out the difficulties. I am really obsessed with doctor's talking skills and knowledge about the area of his study, feel like rodomontade. We are given full attention of aproxx an hour, in which whole analysis was done and advised accordingly. Today, I went there for my tauji's endoscopy and colonoscopy. Procedure went so well, we are really happy and satisfied after the treatment done by Dr. Arvind. Thank you for defenestrate our fear and changing our floccinaucinihilipilification experience to supercalifragilisticexpialidocious.

I was recommended by some one for treatment of Liver as my enzymes are increased....sgot.122....sgpt.225...cut. 334....after consulting with Dr.Arvind kumar checked me thoroughly and advised some medicines for 20 days in the mean time some tests...also recommended I.e Hb avg.anti hcv..shot.ana& fibro scan test on appointed dated the testing person is comming from delhi in there clinic & with in 5 minutes test is done......over all results found oki....after taking medicines for 20 days and sgpt etc tests done by me from other lab and all tests found normal....in range level....but yes some...physical work that brisk walk I hv done by morning & evening minimum 30 to 40 minits & less oily food& spicy items avoided.....Now I am feeling well.....also my diabetic & bp controlled.....thanks for Dr. ARVIND KUMAR FOR HIS BEST GUIDANCE * **** ********* ** ******* ********* ****
