Our story: My five year son was having stomach issues. After a bad stomach infection. The stomach ach didnt go. He would go to relieve himself each time he experienced pain during the day(multiple time). His appetite became less, he lost weight and the recurring stomach ach daily was a killer. This went on for 5 months. We consulted other very well know doctors (we were in fortis every week literally for 5 months). Initial 2 months we were told that he is faking it cz you have a new born in the house. Imagine! Finally someone recommended us to meet Dr Ajay. He was god sent.

He Listened carefully: He listened and asked questions and confirmed what he understood. Docs are usually looking over your shoulder to the next patient. Not Dr Ajay. He was listening and registering everything.

He diagnosed the issue: With utmost certainty he diagnosed the issue, after understanding all our concerns. He then validated himself by helping us understand the cause and effect of my kid’s symptoms. By this time we had spent 5 months without knowing the cause of our child problem even after countless visits to most renowned doctors(even emergency hospital visit in the middle of the night). So it was hard to believe that he understood the problem in one go. But he did. He was absolutely right.

He did follow up: He himself called/messaged after my son’s 5 day medicine course was done! And guided with next steps. And then again after a couple of more days. I have never had this experience ever.

I am writing this review after one month of our consultation and completion of the medicine course. We have a healthy happy child whose appetite has increased three fold and has no health issue at all.

I dont think i will ever go to any other paed ever.

My experience: I have consulted Dr. Pooja since 2015. I have had immense period pain always, and repeatedly asked doctor for any solution to this. The only solution suggested was pregnancy.

I have had ovarian cysts since last year and was prescribed OCP pills by the doctor for the last 4-5months. I told the doctor that the medicine is making the pain worse etc, but was advised to keep taking Meftal.

Within September, I had to take Meftal 4 times a day to keep surviving and that’s when I decided to consult someone else.

So this October, I am now a confirmed case of Stage IV Endometriosis and had to undergo emergency laparoscopic surgery. Have got to know that the case is beyond repair and would require life long management.

Don’t suffer in silence!!

We consulted Dr. Pooja Mehta for my first pregnancy right from conception till delivery. Also had normal delivery as we wanted to our baby to take normal delivery. She is easily approachable over the whatsapp and respond your concerns at the earliest. She is constantly in touch with me during my last month of pregnancy. Very supportive and listens all your concerns. I had an amazing experience with her and very much satisfied with the treatment. Strongly recommend her!!!
