Pet Well Clinic, South City-II

Dr. Sristi is gem of a doctor and Pet Well Clinic is one stop shop for all your veterinary needs. We took our Neo (MaltiPoo) to Dr. Sristi when he had fractured his left hind limb. The whole process from assessment to surgery to post care was just so good and the whole staff of Pet Well Clinic has been so warm till date. We don’t go to any other vet clinic now for our furry baby. I express my gratitude to Dr. Sristi and her staff for professionalism and unprecedented affection towards all life forms. Thanks a ton again from the bottom of my heart. God bless her and her team for continuing doing the fabulous job that they have done so far.

Doctor have been absolutely good but problem started when she was not present.1. This was my 3rd time there, previous 2 times have been super good.2. This time the receptionist was different and she had no care.3. She was not able to see the registration as well hence did the entire process again.4. I have 3 cat babies (3.5 months old), and this was their 2nd vaccination. Dr. Srishti does it seemlessly where cats don't feel the pain, but this time it was not good. My cats were shouting, hissing like anything. Not sure if it was due to the junior doc or is it normal.5. My rating is only for the receptionist this time and the attitude at reception. Could have been more empathetic and caring

We went for a new allergy our dog developed right after a bout of antibiotics (her list of food allergies has been growing after every round of antibiotics). She was itchy with a small rash and had severe acidity and gastric discomfort. The doctor confirmed it was an allergy and said it was a newly developed allergy. He said he would give her an anti allergy injection. Then without informing us he went on to give her an antibiotic injection. ****** ************ ********* *** * ******* ******* ******* **** *** **** ******** ** ****. Also, we had to ask him several times for a probiotic which he kept forgetting for some reason

No doubt the doctor is very friendly and helpful. I m a regular customer from the day they have opened the clinic. But the amount they charge is too high. I used to get my pet grooming done for 1100 and they charge above 2000 which is not justified. On pet food everywhere u get minimum 15percent but they dnt give more than 10percent. I would only request them to pay regard to the old customers so that they dnt have to change the vet again n again

During Vaccination, we were generally discussing about pet growth with Doctor and in mean time Lead Doctor came and said it is consultation and will be charged seperately. It is very unprofessional and rude behavior. Does it mean that one should keep Mum while he has gone for pet vaccinations?

Very rude and arrogant Doctor. Not recommended...

Dr Srishti is very approachable and gives appropriate consultation on patient issues. This is my first pet and she surely guides on how to take care of them in a step by step process. Had consulted Dr Rizvan too and he too is approachable. Pet well clinic is highly recommended.

I am a first time dog owner. Doctor is very busy and does not give enough time to the patient. The doctor never replies to the work message i.e. if the blood report you send to the doctor on day pne she either does not reply or if a rreply is needed she replies after 3 days. You leave the message for the doctor even at her clinic but the call never comes back from the clinic. This has happened with me 3 times in a row for a month. I also had a fight with her over the phone for not replying even after leaving the message for her on whatsapp and clinic.

They wanted we me to carry the body and was not ready to offer any support at 4 am until they got a call that some other customer is also coming for emergency and they didn’t want them to see this. will never ever recommend them to any..

What I experienced as pet’s owner at this clinic was a very positive feeling. Clinic itself is very clean and well maintained; doctors and staff are extremely friendly and supportive.

I would definitely recommend Dr Sristi Pet Well Clinic.
