In my case practo misguided me with location and I reached somewhere else .after 1hr in my car when I reached closer to actual clinic I asked them if I can come now .dr Tarun Gera before that had already sent me an apology note for no fault of his and still entertained me . They are a very good team . The other doctor had recommended root canal but they said it is not required . The procedure was done very nicely . I was wanted a good dentist in Gurgaon and now my search is over . I was treated by dr Smita and she is really good .

Dr. Shikha is a extremely patient centric dentist. She is focussed on the patient needs and always ensures that all the concerns and symptoms are heard. She does not prescribe unnecessary procedures and always tries the most invasive option. The wait time is minimal and in case of reschedules due to emergencies the centre always calls and informs the patient.
