We are visiting this doctor for the last more than 8 months for general checkup, advise and vaccination for our newborn Granddaughter. She is very experienced and identifies any deficiencies by just looking at the kid without even going for any test and gives the medication accordingly. She remembers what advise has been given on previous consultations and gives the updated feedback and change in the practices to be followed. She has given right adivse every time which has really given the right results. She also advised diet at regular intervals and we have seen the outcome to be very positive.
Her patience and time allotment to discuss in detail without rushing is so good. We feel welcome to meet the doctor every time. She also gives advises over whatsapp whenever we have some doubts and clarifications needed.
I strongly recommend Dr. Raktima for any paediatric healthcare. I am sure you will feel like a family doctor

Recently I visited the clinic as my 4 year old daughter was having fever for last 10 days . Dr. Raktima explained everything very nicely . The best part was in a no hurry as most of the doctors nowadays are. She took good amount of time for proper examination of the child and prescribed the medicines and necessary tests.
My child started to feel much better once we started with her medicines. And her reply to the test reports on whats app was also prompt and suggested the further treatment according to the test reports.

It was a worthy session with the doctor.. since children through tantrums to eat variety of foods.. the doctor not only gave us ideas to include different wearables in their diet but also shared her experience of the same..
It was face to face nd one to one conversation with no hurry of checking nd sending patients impatiently..!!
