I took my wife to doc in house clinic for nasal congestion / normal cold treatment. Firstly, although we were walk-in, it took more than 45 mins to see the doc. Secondly, doc within 5 mins diagnosed her with sinusitis and prescribed her antibiotic named Clariwin (mrp 500 approx) something which we never heard off and during previous visits for the same diagnosis he used to prescribe augmentin (mrp less than 150 approx).****** ****** **** ** **** *** ********** ** **** ******* ********** ****** **** *** *** **** ******* ***** *** ********* ***** *** When my wife personally whatsapped the doc his only reply was to stop the med. My wife’s health further deteriorated and for next 5 hours dr did not even feel obliged to read or reply her WhatsApps. I called his personal number to consult and dr made his PA pick up the call and kept arguing that dr has replied etc.

To sum it up … dr is only prescribing those meds which are available at his personal pharmacy outlet. These meds are just super expensive *** *** ************* *********** Response time is very high and staff is rude.

I would prefer you to visit the dr only if he’s sitting at some reputed hospital.

Doc is not accessible... My money & time both wasted consulting him. Save yours.. by consulting some other docs available locally as for ENT issues you need doc who is more approachable.., anytime u wil get better services then here. . ** **** **** ********* ** ******** *** **** **** ********* **** ** ***** **** ** **** ** **** ****** ** ***** * ********** **** ** ****** I consulted him for consistant Ear & throat itching. He didn't bother to explain my ear condition.. Only said it can't be cured plus no medication was given for throat n ear issues as he mentioned u r already on lot of medication for some other health issue. I called him after few days as my medicines were reduced to start on throat medication and to know wat is the issue with my ear but no one responded.. ** ** ** ***** ** ********* *** **** ** *** ***** * ***** ** **** **** ************** **** *** ***. No response recieved after following up thrice with staff as wel. So, my consultancy money got wasted.. I had to visit other ENT doc n again paid consultancy for same issue.

Ultimately after MRI & CT scan FESS was suggested..the Dr explained very well the need for the same and God willing post operative recovery is going smooth.

The guidance, care and follow up is commendable.

From last 1 month I was suffering from Vertigo issue, kost balance on body and doing sudden movement causing dizziness and feeling uneasy in head. My friend recommended the doctor and I visited the clinic. In 5 minutes doctor diagnosed the problem and did some position tests and exercises and fixed the issue. Now I am feeling much better and there are no dizziness or uneasy feeling in head. I will recommend doctor to anyone who is having same problem.
