Weight lose program provider are everywhere now a days but most of them are not providing correct guidance but here Dr. Anjali play an important role, I all heard about diet, we know if we know if we want to lose weight then we have to follow diet. My understanding was also same, which is corrected by Dr. Anjali.

She provide me diet plan accordingly to my body requirements and accordingly to my medical reports.

Second major part she provide my diet plan which is not making me feel hungry, even I have to eat more then early.

Third Major part she only added seasonal fruits and vegetables which is available in market normally.

Other factors which I found in her like Supporting, carring, friendly nature. Due to my schedule, she is always there to support me whenever I needed her to discuss. She always understands nature of body and due to any reason if i had faced any changes she update my diet accordingly.

I never feels I am in touch with some Doctor, she treated me like I am part of her family.

Conclusion: According to my experience she know how to provide nutrition to human body while using our natural resources.

My overall experience with Dr. Anjali is really good.

A big shout out to Dr Anjali Khanna for her guidance and amazing customized plan for loosing weight. She is the goddess I must tell this as when I started I was so depressed and was not in zeal to loose weight I was not at all motivated to start this weight loss journey but one can with her and my life get changed she just not motivated me to loose weight but also motivate me to live healthy life I was so inactive before I started ans now m in my full energy

I started with 80.6 kg in July and wow m at 68kg in oct in just few months she has transformed me not physically but in every way she is superb in her job

Doctor Anjali is a very understanding and friendly lady. She has made that possible which was seeming impossible for me. Since childhood, I have never faced any weight related issues. But when I started working, I have started gaining weight and getting that stubborn and annoying fat around by thighs. I have tried everything - yoga, aerobics, gym.
