I suffered Epistaxis immediately after Covid 19 illness and naturally went to Dr. Verma as I had shown him previously too. He recommended laser cauterization which was done with minimal pain. Thereafter I contracted an infection at the site and he managed it well by proactive whatsapp consulting & clinic visits. Am perfectly fine now & cannot thank him more.

An excellent doctor - very caring & sensitive to patient's pain & problem. Very quick to respond over whatsapp. Takes care that the patient is charged reasonably. Would highly recommend him as the best ENT specialist in Gurgaon.

The doctor is so polite and understand our problem easily and treat us well. He suggested minimum medicine and 1 ct scan and willing to save our money ** **** *** *** ************ *********** ** ***** ********* ** ******Now I will update the feedback after my second visit.

I visited doctor clinic for the first time with my mother as she wanted her existing tooth cap to get fixed. I did prior booking through practo 3 days before. One day before, assistant called me to confirm if I'm coming. I reached the clinic on time and we had to wait for 15-30 mins as doctor didn't come.

Treatment feedback - I got my mother's tooth cap fixed in the month of Feburary and it has come out in April end. I will have to visit dental clinic again to get it fixed.

Cost of treatment - Tooth cap fixing cost was Rs. 500. I was charged Rs. 1000 (additional Rs. 500 for consultation). Upon asking we didn't need any consultation then why Rs. 500 is charged as consultation? I was told that it has to be paid as I booked it using practo.

I'm sorry doctor but I am not satisfied with your service and also the treatment cost. The first impression was not good and that is how patient and doctor both loose the connection for future. * **** *** **** **** ***** ** ***

He is excellent. Very fast in diagonising the problem theough symtom of patient!! He had cognigence of patient problem. support staff are also kind and do treat each patient with empathy.

I was operated by Dr Vijay for polyps in my nose 1 year back. Before surgery he cleared all my doubts and he told me all do's and don't after surgery. Till now I am absolutely fine and there are no polyps . Big thanks to Dr Vijay
