I do not recommend the doctor

Our appointment was for 7 pmAnd we wenT there from kamla nagar area around 20km distance we covered to visit her
We went there and dr. Told us our appointment was rescheduled to 9 pm without acknowledging us
And when we present there she ask us to wait outside so we sattel in waiting area and then she sply came outside of her cabin and ask us to wait out side of her clinic with 2 kids on the road in very rude manner
It was out first visit to her and i whould not suggest any1

Appointment rescheduled from 7:00 pm to 9:00pm, due to an emergency sick child at 4:30 pm itself and patient informed immediately through Practo. Patient reached at 7:15 pm , 15 minutes after scheduled time even by patient's reckoning . On being told about the rescheduling they realised that they hadn't checked the message . However , they were told that they would be seen immediately after the ongoing patient and to wait outside the clinic in the portico for a few minutes . (In the pandemic scenario , the "one patient at a time in the clinic only" is being practiced in this clinic solely for patient safety to prevent any cross infection between patients as children are prone to running around in the clinic and touching objects which can serve as fomites ) . They remained inside the clinic and the elder child was peeping into the consultation chamber while another patient was being seen and the parents did not stop him . They were then again requested gently , to wait outside, for their own safety . The ongoing consultation took 5 minutes and this patient was called at 7:20 , by which tme they had left and they didn't bother to cancel the consultation . They were requested politely twice to wait outside for a few minutes only (total 5 minutes wait time ) and the reason was also explained to them .
It is an unhappy experience for both doctor and patient if a patient goes away unhappy from a clinic , but anything that is done is solely with patient's safety and well being in mind and the time factor and punctuality and reading subsequent messages after taking an appointment to see if there have been changes becomes paramount in this pandemic situation .
Whatever was done , was done solely with patient safety in mind and no intention of insulting or hurting the patient . The clinic offers apology for the misunderstanding if the patient felt insulted and requests patients to be punctual and observe advised safety guidelines for their own benefit .
