I never knew that one day I will also be writing on practo about my weight loss. So, I started my journey on weight loss 24 August and till now I have lost 8 kgs, because of which I started loving my body. I feel more energetic and active. When I actually started my weight loss Challenge I was not feeling to cook anything for me, after being married doctor told me you're gaining weight because of your unhealthy sleeping patterns and that very moment she helped me by taking one step and that is by writing down my schedule at night about my daily tasks for whole day. Dr Shalini is a wonderful person. I enrolled in post pregnancy weight loss and I lost 12 kgs which is a good score.
