Anita is the receptionist and I will start with the ease of making an appointment. She found a slot that worked for us. Appointment happened on time.

On the day of our appointment Dr Devang Pandya took a detailed history - appreciative of the attention he paid, the questions he asked and how respectfully he treated all of us, especially my 13 yo. This really helps put the child at ease. Appreciated the way he started with case history by first stating my daughter name - a small touch but made us feel like we were more than just another patient.

Post which Dr Sujata met us. Friendly and smiling demeanor, immediately puts people at ease. She listened attentively to our case history. Post which went on to explain potential issues she was considering and explained clearly how she was interpreting diagnostic results. While medicine is a science - nothing is always black and white. Diagnosis requires appreciation of the nuances - that very important aspect came out in our discussion with her.

In September 2023, my daughter started limping while walk and feel pain in her right foot ankle with swelling. After having been consulted a number of doctors, my daughter's condition was not improving. Even None of the consulted doctors was able to find the actual cause for the pain. Then her pediatrician Doctor recommended us the name of Doctor Sujata Sawhney. We visited her in March 2024 for the first time. She listened us very patiently. Then a number of tests were done at SGRH to find the actual cause. After finding the cause, she started the treatment. I must appreciate her efforts, that within 6 months of treatment, my daughter, who was not able to walk properly, started her routine walk and running. She has been a very polite, experienced doctor. She would like to take time to examine and deep dive in patient's examination to come to conclusions. I can't thank her enough for the time she has invested for our son's case. I would recommend her to as many patients as possible who have been going through treatment for arthritis.

We are very much satisfied with the treatment of our child under the supervision of Dr Sujata and her team. She is very polite, understanding , listens the problems with adequate time, explains everything with clear picture. We were very much disturbed as our child was having unspecified fever issues since last 2 months but now we are sure enough that our child will get well soon. It’s been an 8 year journey of receiving the best care that exists in the world with Dr Sawhney and her team. The attention to detail, caution and access is what has helped in full recovery from what was a devastating disease. Dr. Sujata and Dr. Manjuri both are very friendly and explained the health issue to us very elaborately but at the same time they didn't create any hype about the problem and made us at ease.
