I recently visited Dr. Naveen Gupta’s clinic for the first time regarding dental cleaning. During my initial consultation, he mentioned that three sittings would be required for proper treatment. However, after I informed him that I had to return to my hostel in 4–5 days, he assured me that the procedure could be completed in just two visits. I accepted this plan based on his explanation that the third sitting was primarily for monitoring purposes.
On the first visit, Dr. Naveen performed the cleaning and scheduled the next appointment for the very next day. I repeatedly expressed my concern that perhaps there should be a gap of at least two days to allow for better monitoring and assessment. Despite my concerns, he insisted that continuing the next day would be fine, and I trusted his judgment as a professional.
To my disappointment, the experience on the second visit was completely different. I was not attended to by Dr. Naveen but by Dr. Parul Gupta instead. She informed me that most of the cleaning had already been done, implying there was little left to do. After waiting for around 45 minutes, she merely removed a small amount of tartar – and that too only after I specifically pointed it out. The rest of the appointment was spent explaining how to clean my teeth properly, which could have been covered briefly during the first session.
This left me feeling extremely dissatisfied. ** ** ******** *** ******* ********* *** *** * ****** ** *** * ****** ***** ** **** *** ** **** ** ******* *** ****** ************ I paid the full fees and expected proper treatment, attention, and transparency. As a patient, I did not feel that my concerns were respected or that the time and money I invested were valued.
Overall, the lack of communication between doctors and the disregard for patient concerns made this a disappointing experience. I sincerely hope they take feedback seriously and work on improving their patient care and scheduling practices.

I went to Smile N Care Dental clinics in emergency I had severe pain in my back teeth and was sipping cold water to relieve . I am thankful to Dr Naveen Gupta to give my early appointment out of his schedule appointment to attend him He immediately done Root Canal Treatment in the same tooth . It was painless treatment and I was relieved of my pain completely as I could not sleep last night because of nagging pain . I am thankful to Dr Naveen. He was professional n humble !! I recommend him to my family members n others ;!

I visited Dr. Gupta for my wisdom teeth extraction and imapacted tooth extraction in one month gap. My appointment was well scheduled without any waiting time
I was in a great deal of pain as the cavity in my both lower side wisdom teeth was growing. He explained me the whole problem and also explained me the procedure.
The treatment was very much satisfactory. The best thing is that the doctor told me that if i have any kind of problem after surgery i can call him any time 24/7. I higly recommend SMILE and CARE DENTAL CLINIC.

I recently went to Smile n care Dental clinic for general checkup as I did not visit any dentist for long . I feel privileged to find dr Naveen He did thorough evaluation and done full mouth Xray OPG and suggested me to go for dental procedures as I need to get it fixed asap .
I got many dental Procedures by Dr Naveen like composite fillings ,cleaning ,RCT and zirconia crowns .I really found dr is very gentle in handling as all treatment undergone was smooth and comfortable.I liked the freindliness of the dr as well as the staff .The pricing for the dental procedure is also optimum .I also really appreciate the appointment management system through practo by the dr as I don't have to wait long as time is very important factor in dental office .Highly recommend! My Honest opinion.
