For many years I had been trying to cure my fatty liver which eventually leads to high level of cholesterol, poor metabolism & digestion, bloating etc.

I have tried various methods like allopathy, naturopathy, homeopathy and Ayurveda as well. I have mixed feedback for all those methods as none of them able to cure my fatty liver and after some time got back elevated levels of SGOT & SGPT.

In the month of September, I searched on google "Dietician near me" and i got the number of Dr. Sugeeta and I booked my appointment only for weight loss.

As always i was a bit circumspect to start as this was the first time i was going for a dietician. we discussed the issues for about half an hour so that she could understood the overall health issues and then she suggested a balanced diet and couple of ayurvedic medicines.

Following the diet chart I never felt that i am on diet because there were lot many options according to my liking and I never felt craving/hunger during the day. So, after two month i got my tests done and happy to see that my SGOT and SGPT level reduced drastically. Though i didn't loss much weight but i could get away with other issues like indigestion and bloating. Since, my liver was getting back in to shape so i never worried about my weight, which was anyways just 3-4 kgs higher.

Now, after 4 months of diet and ayurvedic treatment:-

1. My Fatty liver is fully cured.

2. My HDL improved

3. No bloating or indigestion

Now for next two months we will targeting the cholesterol level which will surely come down under her guidance and expertise.

I was 90 kgs when I learnt about Dr. Sugeeta from Practo and decided to start my weight loss journey.
