Removing your temporaries and placing the zirconia crown is a painless treatment. and about the sensitivity, it depends if the tooth is root canal treated or not. If not then there can be slight sensitivity for next 2-3 days but will wear off eventually.
Also, it will take a couple of days for you to get adjusted to the final crowns as they are more harder as compared to the temporaries.
