Removing your temporaries and placing the zirconia crown is a painless treatment. and about the sensitivity, it depends if the tooth is root canal treated or not. If not then there can be slight sensitivity for next 2-3 days but will wear off eventually. Also, it will take a couple of days for you to get adjusted to the final crowns as they are more harder as compared to the temporaries. So, don't worry. You will be fine. Hi Removal of temporary and placement of crowns won't be painful. If teeth are root canal treated sensitivity issue will not be there. If teeth are vital slight sensitivity may persists for few days and subsides eventually.
