Sir we need to check what is the reason why you need whitening and the grade of stains If it's mild to moderate then bleaching is better If you have pitting on teeth then veneers or laminates or crowns will be better depending on clinical Examination Please post pictures

U have 2-3 options to make them white 1. Tooth whitening - good for evenly discoloured teeth 2. Direct or indirect veneers — for smile designing

U have various options.. laminate veneers, crowns are the more expensive yet long lasting options.. composite veneers , bleaching the more temporary and cheaper options.. Keep in mind that the harder u brush the more worn out your teeth become. DO NOT BRUSH HARD THINKING UR TEETH MAY BECOME WHITER. In fact, brushing harder makes ur teeth Yellow
