Wrist fracture(scaphoid bone)
I had a wrist fracture(scaphoid bone)it's almost 1 month 9 days had p.o.p and treatment In recent x ray it's almost healed but doctor is still asking me wait till complete 6weeks and after that physio has to take care though it healed.can't I remove it now and do my daily routine

Scaphoid is a tricky bone with a precarious blood supply..better to wait for 2 more weeks. Then you start physiotherapy.

Absolutely not. Depending on the site of fracture, a cast needs to be kept anywhere between 6-12weeks in a scaphoid fracture. Don’t even make that mistake of removing that cast

listen to your docs advice. he is giving it for a reason. most failed union of scaphoids result from incomplete treatment.
