Hi dear
It is looking like a boil
Keep the area clean and do warm compress
Once the pus will liquify then it will come out by itself
You can take tab enzoflam once a day if u get pain
If u start getting fever then u need to start antibiotics

It appears like a boil or furuncle . Continue with betadine application,Apply a warm, moist compress 3-4 times a day to facilitate drainage. Consult with a general physician in your area if you don't get any relief ,for suitable antibiotics.
