From your description, this looks like an infected boil/abscess in the groin area. The redness, swelling, and pain suggest it may need proper medical treatment rather than just painkillers. Over-the-counter pain medicine will only reduce discomfort but won’t treat the infection, and delaying care may worsen it. I strongly advise you to get it examined immediately—sometimes antibiotics or even drainage are required. Please book a consultation so I can assess your condition properly and prescribe the right medicines for faster relief.
