Overweight in thigh day by day
My thighs are overweighted day by day. I does not eat so many fast foods & anything else phir bhi thighs are overweighted day by day whats problem?? Please give me solution.

You can't weigh your thighs separately. You weigh them along with your body. So instead of saying that your thighs are overweight you should say that you are overweight. Please seek a proper consultation with a General Physician. A proper clinical examination and Many investigations will be done and you will get advice regarding weight management.

Kindly let know your weight and height.Ideally your weight should be Ht in cm minus 100.Try to check your TSH levels in blood for thyroid dysfunction as it could be the cause of fat accumulation.Avoid fried, fast foods,sugar foods, do HIIT EXERCISE FOR 5-6 DAYS A WEEK.pls connect for further discussion and solution.
