I am 105kg, 169cm height, 43year old male.
I was exploring regarding weight loss and fat loss.

Hi, You should regularly monitor your Kidney and Pancreas functions. US abdomen and Kidney Function test every year and at least one consultation with physician every year.

According to your height you need maximum 80 Kg of body weight. Instead of GLP 1 , try to reduce by Calories deficient.
