What's your height and weight? Stop eating outside foods and packets foods junkfoods etc fatty food's. Drink water 16glasses daily Take balanced and nutritious diet plan.

Hi You need to develop good dietary habits even if you are not at your home : Try drinking 10-12 glasses of water daily. Eat 5-7 times a day. A lil bit of exercise or some walk can be helpful. Try eating all types of food so that all food groups can be covered such as milk , meat ( if non veg) , cereals, pulses, sugars, fats and fruits. Sugar and fat intake should be upto 15gs per day.
