I have been having pain from 3 days..i have consulted the dentist but the medicines work only for 1hr

Hello, you can do warm salt water rinses, but this will give you temporary relief. get an X ray done. the best treatment for wisdom tooth is to get it removed.

RCT needs to be done in your tooth. Visit an endodontist. Medicines will give only temporary relief.

If the pain is due to an impacted wisdom tooth then you can opt for a removal Visit an Oral surgeon for the same.
