Medications can nit be prescribed without proper medical history and a check up so, visit a nearby dentist. Meanwhile, here are some remedies to help decrease the pain and inflammation associated with erupting wisdom teeth: 1. Cold compress: Applying a cold compress or ice pack to the outside of the cheek can help reduce swelling and numb the area, providing relief from pain. 2. Saltwater rinse: Rinse your mouth with warm salt water multiple times a day to help reduce inflammation and keep the area clean. Mix about half a teaspoon of salt in a glass of warm water. 3. Soft diet: Stick to soft foods that are easy to chew to avoid putting pressure on the affected area. Avoid hard, crunchy, or spicy foods that can irritate the gums further. 4. Gentle brushing and flossing: Maintain good oral hygiene by gently brushing and flossing around the affected area to remove food particles and bacteria that can contribute to inflammation. 5. Over-the-counter numbing gels: Topical numbing gels containing benzocaine can temporarily numb the gums and provide relief from pain. Apply the gel directly to the affected area following the package instructions. 6. Avoiding pressure: Try to avoid putting pressure on the affected side of the mouth while eating or chewing to prevent exacerbating the pain and inflammation. If the pain persists or worsens, or if you experience other symptoms such as fever, difficulty swallowing, or swelling that affects your ability to breathe or swallow, it's important to seek prompt evaluation and treatment from a dentist or oral surgeon. They can assess the situation and recommend appropriate treatment options, which may include prescription pain medication or extraction of the impacted wisdom tooth.

Hello. Your age is 31 years, so it might indicate that your wisdom tooth is erupting which might be the reason for the gum swelling and inflammation. Another reason can be just POOR ORAL HYGIENE.
Next Steps
The best way to come out of doubt is to consult a specialist doctor for complete case analysis and right treatment plan.
Health Tips
