As u went for wisdom tooth extraction before 2 days but still u r feeling severe pain so u have to go to dentist again to rule out chances of dry socket . In dry socket your bone get infected and causes severe pain so u should visit ur dentist to rule out d cause instead of taking painkillers.

The pain won't subside unless the cause of it is treated. Please get an x-ray done of that particular tooth and accordingly, either a filling or root canal is what will be required.
Health Tips
Taking too many painkillers, won't treat the cause. it's not advisable to take too many painkillers.

Cause of toothache has to be ruled out. If there is decayed tooth, get xray of tooth.based on severity of tooth decay, tooth has to be either restored or root canal treated. You can consult through this for prescription of medication to relieve pain and for further details on treatment plan.
