You need to go for Root canal treatment followed by cap or the extraction of the tooth. This is will be decided only by proper clinical examination and other investigations. Medications will not give you permanent relief.
Next Steps
consult the dentist as soon as possible.

Hi !
It seems that the tooth is decayed.
The best treatment for you can only be confirmed after a check up and xray by a dentist!
Next Steps
Please see a dentist who can check in person and also take an xray.
Health Tips
Don't do home remedies or delay treatment. Delay will lead to aggravation of decay and may cause multiple issues including tooth fracture. See a dentist and treat it right away!
Wish you a pain-free treatment.
Best Regards.
Namaskaram,
Wisdom teeth require the most maintenance when compare to the other teeth. For these teeth the food reaches first and the brush reaches last. So when the food lodges there cavity starts to develop and causes infection that spreads very fast. kindly visit a dentist so that the extent of infection can be observed with a x ray and further treatment can be planed .It is best you get rid of these teeth as they do no good than harm.
