Your lower left wisdom molar is mesially impacted. The x ray clearly shows a deep cavity developing in the immediate front molar because of being hit by the wisdom molar from behind. Thus, this wisdom molar needs to be extracted. Once the initial healing happens, kindly get the second molar treated. Kindly note, in case if you are having pain I. that area at the moment, it would be because of the deep cavity in second molar and not wisdom molar( which happens to be the cause of the problem).Line of treatment in this case would be in the following sequence 1. RCT of second molar 2.Extraction of wisdom molar 3. Crown or cap of rc treated second molar Hope this helps

you have impacted lower left wisdom tooth.  you should promptly get it removed as soon as possible without any second thought. otherwise it may cause you recurrent problems like pain swelling etc. the tooth adjacent to the wisdom tooth is also carious and it should be treated too.

Hi ! I presume you are talking about the lower left wisdom tooth. A wisdom tooth is a vestigeal part of the body(No use in chewing, eating etc.). It does not serve any purpose. Thus, it is always advisable to remove the wisdom tooth after it starts giving trouble. In your case, the tooth is impacted (slanted) because there is no space for it to come out in the mouth. If it is giving you trouble, it is best that you remove it, which will be a lifelong solution.
Next Steps
See an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to remove the wisdom tooth.
Health Tips
If it has given you pain more than 2-3 times, do not delay in removing it. Feel free to contact our wisdom tooth speciality Centre for any queries or treatments. Wish you a pain-free process, Best Regards, Dr. Mohit Jain M.D.S., F. C.S. Oral And Maxillofacial Surgeon

The wisdom tooth has to be removed as that is the only solution Because it is impacted and won’t come out on its own Better get it removed from a good oral surgeon.

You have to get it extracted soon. There is no option of leaving it as it is. The tooth adjacent to it requires treatment too
