Hello doctor Age 32 1 month ago wisdom tooth extracted that is 4/7 ending tooth. And 4/8 teeth done root canal and placed a crown cap in area dental trust hospital charges rs 1500 done
No pain some days in November 2nd week I done removed later i feel good but all of sudden since 4 days am having pain feeling in same teeth which is placed a crown cap
And still am having numbness and tingling on lips doctor said its recover in a month and written nirvogen tablet
but month is completed and sudden now am getting pain as well with even if I touch in chin area and lips area my nerves are some feeling internally something
Pls advice what to do main concern is why pain feeling. The major pain is night time when I bite feeling pain and unable to eat and bite in that side pls advice what is reasons and solution
Can crown cap will be removed and place again same pls tell thanks

For proper diagnosis
U have to go for Xray.if thr s infection in rct treated tooth Thn rerct ll be done and for numbness in some patient is ll take more time ,so continue that tablet
