Surgeon told there is a Risk of removing it but he also told that if it's vry risky to remove the whole teeth then he will remove the crown and and leave the roots in such a way that they won't create a problem in future. The removal of wisdom tooth placed near the nerve can be risky as it can cause damage to the nerve. If the tooth is giving you pain/ trouble it needs to be removed by an expert/ oral surgeon. However, if it’s not giving you any pain or discomfort,it can be left as it is.

If the tooth is not infected and roots are very close to the nerve then sometimes a portion can be left inside. Clinical examination and X-rays are required to advise you properly
