In case of severe pain you can take 2 tabs of ketorol Dt mixed in half glass of water.

Hi, If you are not allergic to any medicine, then for the pain you can take Tablet Enzoflam thrice a day (after meal) for 3 days and Tablet Pan 40 twice a day half an hour before meal)for 3 days. Rinse with warm saltwater.

If your not allergic to any medication
Take take below mentioned tablets for 5 days
Tab. Augmentin 625mg (morning & night) after food
Tab. Zerodol p (morning & night) after food
If you have gastric problem take tab. pan 40 (morning & night) 30mins before food

Take:-
Tab O2 twice daily for 5days after meals
Tab Combiflam twice daily for 5days after meals
Tab Rablet D once daily for 5days before meals
Tab Ketorol DT 2 tablets dispersed in water in severe pain.
Apply Metrohex DG gel thrice daily on affected area for 15 minutes and rinse with water.
Hydroxyl mouthwash (1:10 dilution) twice daily for 14 days.
Warm saline rinses between meals.

Hi...if no allergies to medicines you can take tab. Hifenac P twice daily after meals upto 3-5days.
Apply mucopain gel 15 min before meals if the skin around the tooth is swollen
