Wisdom teeth
Wisdom teeth are not visible from outside. I have pain in TM joint. And in ears. No pain in mouth. The pain is so unbearable that I can't concentrate on my works. Please help me. I have pain since 2015. Now its increased and doesn't relieve with any pain killer and Nsaids. Thanks in advance.

Hloo Mam In oPG  it appears that you can impacted third molar which are pushing your near by tooth and it is causing you pain and that pain is referred to TMJ  also You need to consult dentist for further details Regards

In your OPG shows that all wisdom teeth are impacted. But u not clarify which side u have pain. But in OPG reveals that the right side wisdom teeth are more deeper. The only solution is removal of them.

pls consult an oral and maxillofacial surgeon for removal of them.

I have seen your opg, all 4 wisdom teeth are impacted hence you are suffering from pain. You need to get all the 4 wisdom teeth removed surgically.
