Third upper molar has started shaking and paining two days after scaling , x ray show bone loss , what should be done? I am on visit to different city.

If there is mobility and bone loss with respect to upper third molar extraction is the best option after xray.if proper post extraction care and medication is taken it should not bother while traveling
