Wisdom Teeth problem
My wisdom teeth and the neighbouring teeth are affected in my opg Xray... What shud I do.? Shud I get both tooth removed? Plz advice! Thanx... Will there be any problem after getting both removed?

Welcome to Practo, wisdom teeth impaction has to be done ,the adjacent teeth that is the second molar has proximal caries ,due to the impacted wisdom teeth due to this there might be some sensitivity or mild pain in the second molar region in right side, so root canal treatment has to be done in the second molar. Thank you.

Both the lower wisdom tooth needs to be extracted. Go one by one. You should start the tretment with right side. As your second molar is also decayed . The decay has reached the nerve. U need a rct wrt second molar. When u are comfortable with one side. Then go with the extraction of other side.

Hi. You do require extraction of both wisdom teeth (preferably with a gap of 1 month between both extractions) and most likely a root canal treatment and crown for the right side 2nd molar. Please visit an oral surgeon to ensure proper management of the case. Some pain and swelling is to be expected after extraction which should be easily manageable by painkillers and both sites should start healing in about a week.

You should extract both lower wisdom teeth. It will push the neighbour teeth and extraction does not creat any problem if you will extract by expert. Visit my center
