Get the X-ray done of the ailing tooth. Depending upon Xray go for extraction. Take antibiotic Amox 500mg(BD) Flexon (TDS)for pain relief Rantac 150mg(BD)

Its an eruption pain ,get done an iopa and opg . Need to start with d course of antibiotics and painkillers , warm saline gourgles and visit d   dentist for xrays and further removal .

Take antibiotic and pain killer for 3 days & meanwhile get the full mouth x-ray(opg) done. Take the x-ray to nearby doctor Doctor will get to know the tooth condition & will remove it accordingly Warm saline rinse of teeth will also relieve some pain Thanks
