I recovered from covid 19, planning to remove wisdom teeth all side, but due to this pandemic situation I am postponing. Day by day cheek bites increasing. Please suggest to stop this cheek bite for another 2 months and I am using dento gel for cheek bite , twice or thrice for week.

Hello. You require an OPG (full mouth x-ray) to know the exact position and condition of the tooth.
In case of a wisdom tooth issue, it is best to get it extracted.
Wisdom tooth can later cause other problems like, pericoronitis (pain, inflammation, swelling of the gums of that region), TMJ disorders, cheekbite, inability to maintain proper oral hygiene.
For temporary relief, you may get the cusp of the concerned tooth smoothened (reduced), but, in the long run, extraction would be the best option.
Kindly visit a dentist for definitive treatment and diagnosis.

Go for cusp smoothening but that will give you temporary relief so extraction is the choice of treatment. Dental clinics are following COVID guidelines so its better to get it extracted. If you are still applying dento gel, make sure that you dont traumatize that region after it. If there is no pain then don’t apply it. Consult a doctor online for more details.
