White tongue
What's wrong with my tongue? There is a white layer on my tongue that doesn't get off completely even when I use a tongue cleaner.

It's oral candidiasis. Topical and systemic antifungals along with oral hygiene instructions has to be followed. You can consult through this for prescription of medication to relieve the condition
