The white spots on the scrotum that occasionally become sore and itchy may be due to folliculitis, Fordyce spots, or a mild fungal infection. The image shows no signs of severe inflammation, but exact diagnosis needs dermoscopic or physical evaluation.
Next Steps
You may apply clotrimazole cream twice daily for 2 weeks to rule out fungal etiology. If no improvement, switch to mupirocin ointment. Avoid using Betadine long-term as it may cause irritation. Keep the area clean, dry, and avoid friction or tight clothing.
Health Tips
If lesions increase in number, become painful, or recur frequently, get a dermatologist consultation for STD screening and possibly a swab test or biopsy to rule out viral or other infectious causes. Avoid self-treatment without clarity.
No need to worry.specific treatment is available.it depends on severity of the disease . Complete medical history is required..
Pls do online consultation with Dermatologist for detailed prescription & guidance.
