Pls share a picture. As I said earlier most probably it's not at all something to be worried about. It's a type of ectopic sebeceous gland, sometimes present in mouth cheek mucosa or around outer border of lips.

Condition 1 you may be having Sialolithiasis or meal time syndrome which means blockage of salivary duct..You must visit dentist for further treatment though you can start with tab zerodol p twice a day if it’s painful along with muco pain gel locally applied 2-3 times daily if it’s causing pain in mastication Condition 2 it could be some viral infection.. if you have fever too then contact your dentist soon. Condition 3 if any history of tobacco usage exists then patient should immediately stop it and visit dentist.
