White patches inside mouth
I have white patches inside cheek.
I had an habit of eating pan masala which I quit but still I can see the patch which doesn't pain.
Please advise on the same

This appears as homogeneous leukoplakia. Antioxidants along with multivitamin supplements has to be taken. You can consult through this for prescription of medication.

These white patches indicate Leukoplakia.
Next Steps
You need to completely stop consuming pan masala/tobacco.
Get oral prophylaxis/scaling done by visiting a dentist.
Start with antioxidants like Lycopene 5000mcg once daily for at least a month.
Start with multivitamins.
Take a diet with a good source of natural antioxidants.
Get a biopsy of the lesion done.
