I am a vegetarian. My
Vitamin B12 value is 299. It is within the range, but I still have symptoms of deficiency. I heard that ideally it should be above 400. I want to increase the value to above 400. I came to know that methylcobalamin form is B12 is better compared to cyanocobalamin and easily absorbed by body. I want to know which brand supplement is best out of methycobal by Wockhardt, nurokind od, Unived, Patanjali nutrella etc. Or please suggest any other brand better than these and let me know the dosage too.
